At the time of this writing there are no perfect distribution channels for the self-published book. Looking for the perfect book distribution channel is like searching for the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

Unless you have a detailed marketing plan and a good amount of money working for you, and in many cases, access to media and traditional bookstore distribution, you may be headed for disappointing sales.

Don't get me wrong; I'm not predicting you won’t be successful. But I am saying it will most likely be like swimming against the tide trying to distribute and market books in a traditional manner.
